Payroll Ghana is total HR and Payroll Management SaaS and Cloud based platform that enables client organisations to automate their Human Resource & payroll processes at a fraction of the costs of doing same manually.

Payroll Management Services

We offer our clients three options in Payroll Management services:

Total Payroll Outsourcing
Partial Outsourcing (or Co-Sourcing)
Self-Management (using SaaS Cloud solution)

Engage us to handle all payroll functions. This includes payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance management. Client can delegate all payroll functions to us to manage the full cycle of the payroll process. We take care of everything from payroll calculations, statutory deductions, compliance with tax laws, to the distribution of payslips. You only pay the expenses based on reports and returns e submit to you: Net salary, Social Security and Corporate Trustees.

Clients have the option to also co-source or partial sourcing of aspects of the payroll process to Payroll Ghana. You can outsource specific payroll tasks while keeping others in-house. For instance, a company might choose to outsource complex tasks like tax calculations, generating payslips, returning, and managing setting up and terminating staff on the system directly. You can also manage other tasks like time and attendance tracking, leave management and other routine in-house.

Perhaps, you want a cloud-based software solution to manage payroll internally. We will support you in automating your payroll system but allow you to still keep control over its management in-house. Don’t worry, we have a solution for you. We can set you up to start using our system right away. With this option we support you in implementing the automation of your payroll system using our Cloud solution to manage all payroll tasks internally. This includes setting up the system, training staff to use it, and managing all payroll processes in-house using our solution.
